A 80 gallon water heater needs to be removed from the closet & needs to be replaced with two 40 gallon low boys (crawl space under home?) to free up the closet space for the washer and dryer. The dryer is gas. The house is currently unoccupied and we would like to have this done as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. Budget does not include materials (we have a Lowes project card & will purchase and have available materials as described by contractor). We are also planning to do all demo work, clean-up and painting. We are currently planning to have Lowe`s or Home Depot install the cabinets unless labor is less expensive via contractor - we can compare quotes) I spoke with Chad regarding his remodeling project he would like to start with in 2 months, you can contact him any time during the day.

Leveling Dirt, Sealing a Firewall, Fixing bathroom floor

Short Desc : I recently bought a foreclosure and the bank hired a contractor to fix certain things and he did a poor job. One of the projects was to fix a firewall in the garage. The people who owned the home before made a make shift laundry shoot into the garage that needs to be sealed properly to contain a fire. The next project would be the bathroom floor it has buckled due to water damage. The last project would be to level dirt in the backyard.
