    Short Desc : We bought a house and are planning to install new cabinets. In order to do so, we need to remove existing framing to open the area up. We need a downdraft gas range & 2 dishwashers installed. We, also, need to move 1 window over 3 feet and close a 2nd window. We would like to increase the opening of the patio door & replace with a larger door. The washer/dryer hook-ups are currently in the kitchen and need to be relocated to a closet adjacent to the kitchen. The closet needs to be opened on the side to provide access to the washer/dryer. A 80 gallon water heater needs to be removed from the closet & needs to be replaced with two 40 gallon low boys (crawl space under home?) to free up the closet space for the washer and dryer. The dryer is gas. The house is currently unoccupied and we would like to have this done as quickly and as inexpensively as possible. Budget does not include materials (we have a Lowes project card & will purchase and have available materials as described by contractor). We are also planning to do all demo work, clean-up and painting. We are currently planning to have Lowe`s or Home Depot install the cabinets unless labor is less expensive via contractor - we can compare quotes) I spoke with Chad regarding his remodeling project he would like to start with in 2 months, you can contact him any time during the day.

    Leveling Dirt, Sealing a Firewall, Fixing bathroom floor

    Short Desc : I recently bought a foreclosure and the bank hired a contractor to fix certain things and he did a poor job. One of the projects was to fix a firewall in the garage. The people who owned the home before made a make shift laundry shoot into the garage that needs to be sealed properly to contain a fire. The next project would be the bathroom floor it has buckled due to water damage. The last project would be to level dirt in the backyard. The people had put an enormous amount of dirt in the backyard raising it above the patio forcing water towards the house. I would like an estimate for any of these. Thanks.
